The Agnetha Necklace – Limited Edition

As a lifelong admirer of ABBA, I created and gifted a piece of my jewellery to Agnetha Fältskog simply because she has been one of my idols for many years. I also had the incredible privilege of gifting a piece to Anni-Frid Lyngstad.

I never expected what happened next.

For the Royal Order of Vasa ceremony at the Royal Palace in Stockholm, Agnetha chose to wear the necklace I had gifted to her.

Seeing a piece of jewellery that I had lovingly handmade being chosen and worn by one of my idols at such a significant occasion was an incredibly proud and emotional moment for me as a jewellery designer.

This limited-edition necklace is my recreation of that original design.

It features beautiful round cultured pearls, individually hand-knotted onto silk using traditional pearl-knotting techniques. Genuine opals are incorporated within the design, adding delicate flashes of colour, while a beautiful baroque pearl takes centre stage as the focal piece.

Every pearl is individually hand-knotted by me, creating a luxurious drape and beautiful movement. The combination of the classic round pearls, organic baroque pearl and shimmering opals gives the necklace a timeless elegance while retaining the individuality that makes the original so special.

This isn't simply a pearl necklace. It is a recreation of a piece that holds a very personal place in my jewellery-making journey — a necklace I originally made and gifted simply as a gesture of admiration to someone I had always looked up to, which was then chosen by Agnetha to wear at the Royal Order of Vasa ceremony.

For ABBA fans, jewellery collectors and anyone who appreciates a piece with a genuine story behind it, this is a particularly meaningful piece to own.

Only 17 necklaces will ever be made, making this an exclusive limited edition.

Each necklace is handmade by me and will arrive beautifully presented in a luxurious velvet lidded presentation box, befitting such a special piece.
